1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy and personal data protection policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing personal data, the types of data collected by the Kursoff crypto platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”) located at https://kursoff.lat/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), the purposes of using such personal data, the Platform’s interaction with third parties, the security measures for their protection, and the conditions of access to them.
1.2. The Platform respects the privacy of every User (any individual or legal entity visiting the Website) and seeks to ensure reliable protection of personal data by creating safe and comfortable conditions for using the Website.
1.3. The Platform undertakes to handle Users’ personal data in a safe, responsible, and transparent manner, applying best information protection practices and following generally accepted international standards. We do not collect unnecessary data and do not transfer personal information to third parties without the User’s explicit consent.
1.4. The Website and the services provided by the Platform are not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.

2. Collection and use of personal data

4. User-generated content (including ratings and reviews)
4.1. The User may register or expand their profile by linking their Google account to the Platform. By doing so, the User requests certain information from that Google account and authorizes the Platform to collect, store, and use the requested information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Platform allows Users to rate Exchange Agency/Agencies and publish reviews about services provided by them. The User is solely responsible for the content they decide to publish on the Website.
4.3 When the User publishes rating(s) of Exchange Agency/Agencies, the username, avatar, or any data voluntarily included will be visible to third parties.
4.3.1. By publishing rating(s) of Exchange Agency/Agencies, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive, free of charge, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and disseminate such content through any means, formats, or technologies. The User guarantees that the published content does not infringe intellectual property rights or third-party rights, and that they have the full right to publish it.
4.4. The User acknowledges that information published on the Website will be publicly accessible and may be viewed by other Users. The Platform is not responsible for legal consequences that may arise as a result of publishing such content.
5. Processing of personal data
5.1. Processing of personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the operation of the Website is hosted.
5.2. The Company’s technical and organizational measures are aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Data storage
6.1. Personal data is stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the User withdraws their consent, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. Disclosure of personal data
7.1. The Platform does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- compliance with legal requirements or court decisions;
- obtaining the User’s consent;
- transfer of data to service providers (hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
7.2. All third parties who have access to personal data must comply with applicable law and this Policy.
8. Data protection
8.1. The Platform implements a set of measures to ensure the security of personal data and User data. We use modern technological and organizational tools to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction of data.
