Data processing agreement

This Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) establishes the principles and terms of personal data processing for users of the Kursoff crypto platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”) located at https://kursoff.lat/ (hereinafter, the “Website”).

By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement and gives their voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Argentine Republic and, where applicable, the GDPR.
